Our Small Business Financial Resource Guide provides comprehensive information on available financial support within the city. We’ve also created an in-depth memo explaining Business Improvement Districts (BIDs) and how to form them, complemented by a concise one-page fact sheet for quick reference. These tools aim to empower Anaheim’s businesses with the knowledge and resources they need to grow and succeed.

City of Lakewood

We’re developing a comprehensive Economic Development Strategy for the City of Lakewood to promote economic growth and prosperity. Our approach includes creating a project plan, analyzing economic trends, and conducting a community survey to ensure our strategy aligns with local needs. We’re also crafting a strategic plan to capitalize on Lakewood’s strengths, along with communication and implementation plans to effectively engage stakeholders and turn our vision into reality.

We partner with nonprofits, universities, and local governments to establish public-private partnerships, such as the Long Beach Accelerator (LBA). The LBA was designed to support early-stage tech startups and local economic development. This economic development initiative helps create jobs and attract businesses with the goal of building a tech hub in Long Beach.
